Susheel Joseph Cyriac

Susheel Joseph Cyriac is an Advocate, enrolled at the Bar since 2004 having extensive experience in civil, corporate & commercial laws, Law of Writs, banking and finance matters, insolvency Laws, service laws and real estate & municipal laws etc. He has acted as Government Counsel to the State of Kerala and also been a Central Govt. Standing Counsel for a period of 5 years. He has worked with reputed law firms like Wadia Ghandy & Co. and Advani & Co. wherein he has worked extensively in Corporate Dispute Resolution and International and Domestic Arbitration. He has vast expertise in law relating to Insolvency and Debt Recovery and has represented numerous clients before various forums and authorities such as the DRT, DRAT, NCLT, NCLAT etc. Susheel also handles cases relating to white collar crimes and has expertise in dealing with offences under PMLA, COFEPOSA, FERA, Prevention of Corruption Act, Cyber Crime and Computer Fraud etc. He has represented many reputed public and private companies as well as individuals in litigation matters before various forums and also practiced extensively in the Kerala High Court, Bombay High Court, Delhi High Court and the Supreme Court of India.
